Ok....This is a NEW year and I MEAN I am gettin' the pounds O-F-F! Shane's doin' it too. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-)

It's been mindset, eating in moderation, lots of water and adding more activity. The pounds are dropping off here! I'm down another 2!!

It'll come off...it's easier now that the boys can get out and walk with me! And the eating....I've pretty much cut that out...just salads and WATER. And of course it'll be great b/c Barb is MY personal cheerleader....lol....

hey, congrat everyone :D im not trying to lose weight in particular, just be healthy. I have a tip though, I read that just by drinking the right amount of water (8 glasses a day) means that you can lose up to a couple kilos (not sure what in pounds) a year. thats not including a healthy diet or exercising. btw steph, im not sure its healthy just eating salad n drinking water, im pretty sure u need other ingredients to stay healthy. I hope im not offending. i'm just worried.

Thanks Liarna for the tips! yeah I'm more into the healthy side of things more than anything, although keeping the weight off is important to!

I agree to that variety in your daily nutritions is very important and also a secret to health and weight. It's all in moderations! :) theres no need to deprive yourself of any foods if eaten in right amounts! oh and lots of water intake with activity and you've got it made. :))

Ok...haven't been in here in AWHILE!!! Just an update here....started Curves about 2 weeks ago and I've lost 5 lbs!!! Not alot, but hey!!!!! It's 5 lbs LESS than what it was!!!!! :-)
