General Rules Of Conduct:
Please read the following rules and guidelines very carefully. By registering and posting in our forums, you are agreeing to these guidelines and must follow them at all times. Refusal to obey these guidelines will result in the appropriate responsive actions by the community Admin. The most important thing to remember is that everyone who posts topics, answers questions or replies on our forum is a fellow community member. Abusive treatment toward those posting, offering assistance, sharing advice or replies will not be tolerated. Our guidelines are divided into the following categories:
Violation of any of these guidelines will be evaluated by the Admin and consequences imposed as necessary to maintain this forum as a friendly and functional place for all members.
[*] Remember to post in the correct forum. Take your time to look at all the other topics and see where your topic should go. If your topic is placed in the wrong forum, it will be moved or removed.
The following are all prohibited in our forums:
[*] Advertising or promotion (including that for competitors' communities or websites) Please use the LinkShare/NewShare area for posting other military sites located on top navigation bar.
[*] Any post whose only purpose is to advertise services (whether seeking or selling) For this matter please use our MarketPlace area located on top navigation bar.
[*] Spam of any kind or linking to pornography...all of these will be immediately removed from the forum.
[*] Personal attacks on other users, members, or Admin either in public forums or private messages will not be tolerated.
[*] The use of profanity is inappropriate in the forum, as are racial, ethnic, or gender-based insults. Our user base is broad and includes members from various ages, genders, ethnicities and religious backgrounds, and it is important that everyone feel equally comfortable here. Posts that are offensive, insulting, or inflammatory are subject to immediate removal without warning.
[*] Having fun or a disagreement is permitted, as long as it does not become disruptive or rude. Always respect your fellow MilClub members.
[*] All comments should be constructive and on-topic (within reason).
[*] If your topic appears to have been moved to a new location or removed and you cannot find it using our search features, please send a private message to an Admin. Do not re-post the topic.
[*] If you see a post which appears to violate any of our club guidelines, or OPSEC do not respond to the post or the member who posted it. Send a private message to an Admin member notifying them of the violation.
[*] At all times, we reserve the right to remove any topics that we deem to be inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive to the community in general.
[*] At all times, we reserve the right to ban and remove any member who violates our guidelines or disrupts our community. Warnings will be issued where appropriate.
Lastly, if you have a specific question, concern or problem that is not addressed here, please e-mail the administrators at the address listed here: milclub@yahoo.com
Many of us involved here have had or do have loved ones serving overseas. We are staffed exclusively by volunteers and funded entirely by monetary gifts, donations and sponsors. We are comprised of people that give generously of their hearts, time and resources. For that we could not be more thankful.
Thank you once again for your interest and participation. We are thrilled to have you as part of our MilClub community forum and club network. It is because of people like yourself that we are able to continue providing a fun safe community to unite, make friends and proudly connect and support Troops worldwide!
